Educational Assistance
CEDA promotes learning through many educational institutions (including numerous colleges and universities). Employees can apply for tuition reimbursement for courses they choose to take to advance their employment with CEDA. We also assist our employees in applying for government funded programs.
CEDA Indigenous Operator Training Program
We provide assistance for our Indigenous employees who are looking to obtain their Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence to advance into an Operator position. Once licence requirements are met, we pair the candidate with an experienced Operator to receive three months of on-the-job training with continuous support and resources.
