CEDA Acquires R. McKenzie Welding and Fabrication Ltd

CALGARY, AB – CEDA International Corporation (CEDA) is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of R. McKenzie Welding and Fabrication Ltd. (R. McKenzie).

Founded in 2008, R. McKenzie is a full service fleet welding and fabrication company based in Fort McMurray, Alberta. R. McKenzie is comprised of 13 employees whose primary business is delivering fleet welding and fabrication services to clients operating in the oil sands industry in northern Alberta. All R. McKenzie employees will join CEDA and continue to play an integral role in our operations for years to come.
