CEDA Acquires Industrial Cleaning Business from Gibson Energy Inc
CEDA is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2019, it has successfully acquired an industrial cleaning business (previously operated as Littlehawk) from Gibson Energy Inc. This transaction complements CEDA’s portfolio and further expands its coverage and capabilities in southeast Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Based in Arcola, Saskatchewan, Gibson’s industrial cleaning business focused on providing specialized hydro excavation, pressure testing, methanol rental and water hauling services to the oil and gas, construction, mining, commercial and utility industries.
Through this acquisition, CEDA will be adding approximately 25 talented employees to its team. In addition, CEDA has acquired a 9,000 sq.ft. shop and office space along with a fleet of hydrovacs, combo vacs, pressure, water, steam and acid trucks.
